He is 6 years old, turning 7 this year. Strictly indoor. He is an independent boy that likes to come to you for love and pats on his terms. He likes being pet on his cheeks and head and OCCASIONALLY his belly, but he may swat at you if you pet him somewhere he doesn’t like and ignore his body language signs (he will move away or turn his head if he doesn’t like being pet on his body - head is the safest bet 
). Sometimes he will come sit on you, but it is rare as he is not a lap cat. He loves toys, he has a cat wand and balls he likes to chase. He loves being up high and climbing. He likes to run if he has the space. He will tolerate being picked up for a short period but will squirm when he’s ready to be put down. That being said, he is GREAT at the vet and because he is a bit shy there he is very good at letting them do their work on him. He is polydactyl and will let you cut his nails but will be vocal that he is not impressed with you (has never scratched or bitten me when I do this. Sometimes I will wrap him in a towel if he is squirmy). He doesn’t love a bath, but we have an enclosed glass shower and he will tolerate a bath if he knows he can’t run away. Sometimes he will try to climb into your lap during his bath/shower so that you both get wet.
