Meet Frosting – a one-of-a-kind beauty with the softest white coat and a heart full of sweetness. At 10 years young, this wise and gentle girl is looking for a calm, cozy home where she can truly shine. Frosting is a simple soul who enjoys the little things: a comfy Amazon box for napping, a quiet corner to call her own, and a refreshing drink from her water fountain. She’s not one to leap onto the furniture or climb the stairs—she needs all her things on ground level.
Her routine is easy to love. Frosting prefers a few small meals throughout the day, followed by plenty of snoozes in her favorite spots. She requires prescription food. She’s also a fan of brushing time—run a comb through her soft fur and she’ll melt into pure happiness. Though she’s more of a lounger than a player, Frosting shows her affection in special ways. In the mornings, she’ll seek out gentle chin and ear scratches, and she’ll happily greet you at the door when you come home. She’s usually a quiet girl, but every so often, she’ll surprise you with a sweet, almost-silent meow that feels like her little love note just for you.
Frosting does things her own way when it comes to her bathroom habits—she prefers pee pads and will use a litter box if one has a pad inside. It’s a quirk that makes clean-up easy and just adds to her uniqueness. We believe that she was used as a cattery cat for nonstop breeding, and lived her life in a cage based on the mess that she was in when she came to us from a shelter who was about to euthanize her because she was deemed "unadoptable". Frosting has not been tested with dogs, children, or other cats.
