Himalaya is just the most gorgeous girl with her bright green eyes, which she’ll be sure to keep a close watch on you with. She’s still quite shy, and likes to keep her distance and approach things on her own terms, but she’s slowly been warming up to her foster mom and foster-sibling. With time and patience, we’re confident that she’ll settle in and get comfortable in her forever home as well.
Despite her reserved nature, Himalaya has never been aggressive (no scratching or biting), and instead will remove herself from somewhere she’s uncomfortable. She has made progress in allowing her foster mom to pet her and her foster-sister to groom her - so slow and steady will clearly win the race when it comes to her affection! And even though she may never be a lap-cat, she does seem to enjoy sharing space with people - like waiting until they vacate their chair to claim a nice, new warm spot to rest!
Also, this darling floof is apparently quite the playful one, who can’t resist chasing down the laser light or hunting down a string toy alongside her foster-sister. For this reason along with her young age, Himalaya will require another young cat in her new home to help keep her happy and healthy!
