Meet Maggie! A sweet, quiet, and loving companion who simply wants a peaceful place to call home. Maggie is a truly gentle soul who will show you the serenity of life when lived at a slower pace. Her favourite activities are the simple ones: a cozy nap in her little cat house, a good meal, and some gentle affection from her person. She’s not much of a jumper, but if you lift her onto the couch or onto your lap, she’s happy to sit beside you for some pets before making her way back down to the floor on her own terms.
She has lovely little routines that make her especially endearing. Maggie is most social in the mornings and when you come home, greeting you with soft meows and rubbing her head against your legs to say hello. It’s her gentle way of reminding you she’s happy you’re there. Maggie appreciates comfort and predictability. She enjoys both wet and dry food, loves treats, and drinks plenty of water (having two water bowls available makes her very happy). Toys have yet to be of interest to Maggie; she instead prefers some strolls around her home with little breaks in between.
Maggie is generally a social cat who likes some other cats, and she has not been tested with children or dogs. She is a tidy girl with a few preferences that help her feel her best: she does best with a larger litter box filled with litter pellets. With the right setup, she settles into her routine beautifully. What Maggie truly needs is a quiet, loving home that can offer her affection and comfort in her golden years.
