Queen has been through quite the journey despite her young age, showcasing how she has risen to her throne today! She is an incredibly sweet-natured cat with an adorable face. Her highness likes to play with lasers, and loves being brushed. She can be a bit hesitant at first with new people, but some scratches behind her ears should help to win her over!
Queen was found outdoors, heavily pregnant. When her foster mom first found her, she knew the area was populated with coyotes, and it was evident that Queen was malnourished and expecting. Her foster mom worried about her health, and tried to provide her food and water to help, but Queen remained cautious. After giving birth, she has proven to be an extremely devoted mother to her kittens, feeding them all on her own while her foster mom supplemented Queen’s diet to ensure she was getting enough nutrients. Queen is very good-natured and affectionate with her babies. As the kittens grew, Queen became quieter and more serene, and started to come out for some pets and affection. She hasn’t yet peeped a meow, but she purrs loudly when petted!
Queen would do best with an adopter who understands the journey she’s been through, and is willing to invest some time to reap the amazing rewards of creating a strong, loving bond with a sweet girl like Queen! She is good with other cats who will respect her boundaries, but she hasn’t been tested with kids or dogs. This darling mama only has love to give, but has had few chances to show it.
